Mornings are chaotic. Homework ends in tears. You feel exhausted, frustrated, and alone. Parenting a child with ADHD can feel like constant trial and error — and it can take a toll on the whole family.

You are not alone. This 6-week workshop is designed to give you both understanding and practical tools so you can parent with more confidence and calm.

• Who it’s for: Parents of children with an official ADHD diagnosis.

Cost

• $94 to start (covers first 2 sessions)
• $47 per additional session (pay-as-you-go or in full)
