Reaching out for help is not always easy but I believe it is worth it in the end. I aim to create a safe, inviting, and inclusive space where everyone can feel seen, heard, and valued. Even though the work done in counseling can be difficult at times, I want my clients to feel hopeful and lighter in working with me.”
